Leveraging more than 10 years experience in training and development, instructional design and eLearning, Ozzie Saunds has developed numerous learning strategies and solutions.

Possesses strong Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate skills utilized to design dynamic training content. Ability to communicate complex technical material to a wide diverse audience. Areas of expertise includes presentations, video/audio production, technical writing, training and development, course design and workshop facilitation. Prior clients include Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, TD Bank, Scotiabank, RCMP, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Government of Canada, and various other public and private sector organizations.

Educated at the University of Toronto in Employment Relations and from George Brown College in Instructional Design, Ozzie has acquired knowledge in course design, training, health and safety, organizational behaviour and HR management.
