I’m an Instructional Designer specializing in accessible eLearning solutions and digital content. This portfolio was built using WordPress and custom HTML to demonstrate my technical and design capabilities, with a strong emphasis on creating inclusive learning experiences.

Accessible course design, development and evaluation using Articulate 360

My work experience includes design and developing courses end-to-end using Articulate Storyline. This software enables an interactive experience for end users. Articulate Storyline also provides methods for course evaluation using assessment tools such as quizzes. Here is a video highlighting a customer management software training course developed using Articulate Storyline. Screen capture from the actually software system have not been included in the video to adhere to client confidentiality.

Accessible course design and development using Vyond/Powtoon.

When assigned to a system training project or need to explain a new concept with an explainer video, I collaborate with subject matter experts to assess accessibility requirements and learning goals. Using my analysis and technical writing skills, I develop instructional scripts that guide learners through key system functions. These scripts are revised in consultation with stakeholders and then brought to life through accessible course development using animated explainer videos created with Vyond or Powtoon. Voiceover is also created using my own voiceover talents and knowledge in audio production. Special effects to enhance the sound and support individuals with hearing challenges are provided. The end result is an inclusive, engaging learning experience that meets both organizational goals and accessibility standards.

Accessibility Testing and PowerPoint/PDF Development

My knowledge in both web development and instructional design enable me to provide complete digital and learning material accessibility testing expertise. This includes the testing of web components developed using HTML  and web development languages as well as testing of eLearning, PDF and PowerPoint learning products. Additional, I use the following testing tools to help ensure digital content meets accessibility standards like WCAG, Section 508, and AODA:
